(1) To ensure battery life, the battery should be fully charged before use. Undercharged batteries should not be used.
(2) Avoid overcharging and over-discharging the battery. Overcharging and over-discharging will severely affect battery performance and lifespan.
(3) Keep the battery fluid plug and gas cap clean. Remove or open them during charging, and replace or close them after charging. Keep the battery surface, connecting wires, and screws clean and dry. If sulfuric acid is present, wipe it off with cotton yarn soaked in alkaline solution, taking care not to allow alkaline solution to enter the battery.
(4) After charging, check the battery fluid level and add distilled water as needed to maintain the fluid level. Under normal circumstances, adding dilute sulfuric acid is strictly prohibited.
(5) After use, the battery should be charged promptly. The storage time should generally not exceed 24 hours.
(6) Maintain good ventilation during charging and strictly prohibit smoking and open flames.
(7) Under the following circumstances, the battery needs equalization charging.
