Its working principle is based on simple mechanical transmission: After the power is turned on, the motor starts, and the torque is increased and the speed is reduced through the gear reducer, driving the drum to rotate, thereby winding and unwinding the wire rope wound on the drum. The wire rope changes direction through the pulley at the top of the boom, and the hook at the end rises and falls accordingly, completing the lifting of goods. The control system achieves the lifting function by controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the motor, and is equipped with safety devices such as overload protection and power-off braking.
