During Use: Ensure a stable load center of gravity and avoid impact loads. The chain must not be knotted or twisted.
Maintenance: Establish a regular maintenance system. Clean the casing and regularly lubricate steel moving parts (chain, gear shafts) to prevent electrochemical corrosion at aluminum-steel contact points.
Scrap Criteria: A hoist must be immediately scrapped if it exhibits casing cracks, severe deformation, hook opening increase exceeding 10%, chain elongation exceeding 3%, or any damage affecting safety.
