A typical mini lever hoist mainly consists of the following parts:
Main housing: Usually made of high-strength aluminum alloy or alloy steel, lightweight and sturdy.
Transmission mechanism: Includes gear sets (planetary gears, spur gears, etc.), main shaft, and bearings, responsible for amplifying and transmitting force.
Braking system: The core safety component, containing friction plates, brake discs, ratchet, and pawls.
Handle: An extended lever arm, partially foldable or detachable to save space.
Lifting chain/wire rope: A high-strength alloy lifting chain or wire rope with a hook at the end. The hook is usually equipped with a safety latch.
Upper and lower hooks: Used to connect the load and the anchor point, often equipped with a 360° rotating bearing.
Reversing controller: A toggle or slider labeled "UP" (up) and "DOWN" (down) used to control the lifting direction.
