PRODUCT DETAILS

Lifting Process: When the operator pulls the chain, the drive gear rotates due to leverage.

Gear Transmission: The drive gear drives the driven gear, and after a two-stage gear reduction, the relatively small pulling force is amplified into a powerful torque, which is then transmitted to the load-bearing sprocket.

Chain Winding: The rotating load-bearing sprocket winds up the lifting chain, thus smoothly raising the load.

Braking Process: When the chain is stopped, the internal friction plates generate friction with the gear disc under spring pressure, and simultaneously, the pawl engages with the ratchet teeth, forming a double brake that reliably stops the load at its current position.

Lowering Process: When the operator gently pulls the chain in the opposite direction (relaxation direction), the brake is partially released, and the lifting sprocket slowly rotates in the opposite direction under the weight of the load, achieving a controlled descent.
