When lifting weights, apply even force to the handle to avoid up-and-down shocks that could cause accidents and damage the jack.
When using, be careful not to exceed the maximum allowable lifting capacity to prevent accidents caused by overloading.
When using, do not lift above the marked line on the sleeve or piston. For jacks without marked lines, do not lift more than three-quarters of the total height of the screw thread or oil plug to prevent the sleeve or piston from being dislodged, damaging the jack and causing an accident.
