The system operation includes four stages:


1.

Power input stage: 5-8kg compressed gas output by the external air compressor enters the pneumatic booster (2) through the air pipe (23), driving the piston rod (21) to reciprocate [5]


2.

Liquid pressurization stage: The pneumatic pump oil device presses the hydraulic oil into the jacking cylinder through the plunger pump interface (33). The straight-through oil circuit design reduces pressure loss. The second one-way valve (34) is arranged vertically to ensure one-way flow of oil


3.

Lifting execution stage: The hydraulic oil pushes the lifting piston (5) up, and the angle adjustment ring (18) supports 90°/135° two-speed tilting operation. The lowering spring (28) automatically resets the piston after the gas is stopped


4.

Safety control stage: When the oil pressure exceeds the set threshold, the pressure relief piston (37) pushes the third one-way valve (35) to achieve automatic pressure relief. The built-in sealing ring (25) and the dust cover (24) form a three-level anti-leakage system
