Its operating principle is based on rigid support and mechanical self-locking:
Lifting: First, use a jack to raise the vehicle from its original position to the desired height.
Placing: Place the safety stand under a sturdy support point specified by the vehicle manufacturer (such as a chassis longitudinal member).
Adjusting: Use the rack to adjust the stand's height so that its support head makes firm contact with the vehicle chassis and provides light support.
Locking: Insert the safety pin to prevent the stand from accidentally retracting.
Releasing: Slowly lower the jack so that the vehicle's weight is fully or mostly supported by the safety stand. At this point, the jack and safety stand act as a double safeguard.
