The weight of an object acts on a sensor through the hook. The sensor converts the signal into an analog voltage and transmits it to the data acquisition board. After amplification, filtering, and A/D conversion to a digital signal, it is sent via a wireless transmission system to the instrument's data processing board. The resulting weight data is then displayed digitally on the instrument's display. This weight data can be output via the serial port and, if needed, printed to a printer, displayed on a large screen, or sent to a host computer.
